Works as a member of the Scenario Development Branch (SDB) with duties in the Battle Simulation Center (BSC)Position reports directly to the Branch Chief, SDBResponsible for supporting ten (10), US Army Brigade Combat Team (BCT) rotational training exercises annuallyRotational training exercises are approximately 14 to 21 days in lengthRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
o Replicates the Commander of a simulated US Army BCT o Conducts close coordination with the Commander Operations Group (COG), Plans and Exercise Maneuver Control (P/EMC) Chief (Z06), and Operations Planners (Z01/Z03) to synchronize and replicate the operations of the simulated US Army BCT with 21 ABN Division or JTF-21 operations o Develop simulated US Army BCT scenario deliverables in-support-of (ISO) 21 ABN or JTF-21 battle rhythm events (Commander's Updates (CUB), Commander's Targeting Synchronization Brief (CTSB), Operation Sync (OPSYNC), Division Orders Brief, etc.
) o Perform other duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o US Army combat arms (primarily maneuver) qualified Officer; Colonel (06) or above; graduate of the US Army War Collegeo BA or BS from an accredited US institution of higher learningo Direct experience Commanding a US Army BCT or higher Joint Task Force (JTF)o Must be capable of providing Command and Control (C2) of BCT tactical operations ISO 21 ABN or higher level JTF combat operationso Possess a working proficiency, as a BCT or higher JTF unit commander, operating within the Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM) or an equivalent battlefield simulation environmento Must be capable of planning, developing, articulating (written and verbal), and executing BCT combined arms/maneuver operations conceptso Possess a mastery of current US Army and Joint operations doctrine; primarily the 1, 3, 5, and 6 serieso Possess a working knowledge and demonstrate the ability to achieve proficiency with Command Post of the Future (CPOF) and Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE)o Possess a working knowledge and demonstrate the ability to achieve proficiency with hand-held radio systems (Harris XL-200P (P25) or equivalent)o Possess a working knowledge and demonstrate the ability to achieve proficiency with tactical Frequency Modulation (FM) radio systems (Single-Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) or equivalent)o Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel, etc.
)o May be required to submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screeningo Must possess a valid SECRET clearanceo Individual must be adaptive, flexible, imaginative; able to work effectively in a time constrained and dynamically changing environmento Must possess excellent oral and written communications skillso Must be able to maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure scenario consistency and fidelityo Must be able to effectively and independently research, develop, organize, and communicate diverse military operations conceptso Possess a mastery of US Army Warning Order (WARNORD), Fragmentary Order (FRAGORD), and Operations Order (OPORD) content and compositiono Must possess an understanding of commonly-used US military acronyms and terminologyo Must be able to work non-standard schedules that include extended hours and/or weekends based on mission requirementso Must be able to travel unaccompanied to CONUS and OCONUS locations
Qualifications:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
