.:: Essential Job Duties:
Coach Teach and mentor Aviation Battalion Commander and their staffs on the following: Deliberate Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology, targeting, rapid decision making and synchronization process, rehearsals, and other supporting operational planning functions. Provide refresher classes on all War Fighting Functional areas as required. Perform other duties consistent with Performance Work Statement requirements as assigned.
.:: Mental/Physical Requirements:
Must be able to travel alone to continental US and foreign locations. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Must possess a valid state driver''s license. Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening.
.:: Education/Experience Requirements:
Required: U.S. Army practical experience and Military Education Level I (Senior Service College Graduate).
Desired: Experience at a CTC as a maneuver Observer Coach/Trainer (OC/T). Experience at the U.S. Army Brigade Combat Team level or below. Former U.S. Army battalion command experience.
