Coordinates between the Rotational Training Unit (RTU) Class III Bulk (Petroleum Oil and Lubricants) Representative, Installation POL, and Logistics Readiness Command (LRC) during rotational training exercises; provides administrative functions to coordinate with installation agencies, and establishes accounts, or, assists in establishing accounts with the RTU for Class III Bulk and packaged POL supplies during their rotational training exercise. Ensures records of supply requests and consumption reports are recorded, reported, and filed; assists to ensure the RTU manages bulk supply during rotation and properly closes accounts with the installation. Works closely with JRTC Operations Group G 3/5/7 and G-1/G-4 concerning RTU CLS III bulk management. Advises the RTU on commodity management and transportation support during the Force on Force portion of the exercise. Performs other duties in accordance with Mission Support Contract requirements as directed.
Must be able to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental US and foreign countries; applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation; individual must submit to and pass initial drug screening; individual must be able to work outside at times; individual must have a valid state driver's license; must be able to work shift work and weekends. Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience: Prior Military in Logistics field, or comparable civilian/government employment, with pertinent knowledge in the Class III Bulk and Packaged Product management field for a minimum for one year.
Desired Experience: Associates Degree, Prior NCO who worked in Brigade, Battalion or Company Level supply operations, Asst BN S-4; civilian or government employment familiar with the Joint Readiness Training Center or other maneuver training center, specifically in the Class III Bulk and Packaged management field as military or contractor, and has experience within the last three years in either Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
