Assists the PEHA Coordinator in responsibilities for operations in the
Personnel and Equipment Holding Area (PEHA) and Heavy Personnel and Equipment Holding Area (HPEHA) for ten or more rotational training exercises annually; ensures all Soldiers and equipment entering and departing both the PEHA and HPEHA are accurately documented and accounted for through the use of electronic and paper ledgers; prepares and submits personnel, supply, and equipment replacement reports to the 21st ID G-1/4; coordinates for pick up of notional dead and wounded Soldiers from Rotational Training Unit (RTU), and replacement Soldiers and equipment with the Military Exercise Support Group Transportation
Section; ensures all Soldiers departing 21st Replacement have been issued proper orders; ensures status changed in the instrumentation system to en-route; ensures all reports needed for feedback to the CSS
division are quickly and accurately transmitted for the use of After Action
Reviews. First line supervisory responsibilities. Performs other duties in
accordance with Mission Support Contract requirements as directed.
Must be able to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental US and foreign countries; applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation; individual must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening; individual must be able to work outside at times; individual must have a valid state driver''s license. Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Must be able to work shift work and weekends.
Required Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior NCO or officer who served in either an Administrative or personnel-related field, or comparable civilian/government experience. Must have experience and/or a working knowledge of U.S. Army personnel and equipment replacement operations at the Brigade and Division level. Previous Supervisory experience.
Desired
Experience: Prior Senior NCO or Officer with Division / Brigade G1-S1 level experience, or comparable civilian/government experience, current rotational experience with Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
