Subject matter/Trainer expert with knowledge of National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Analysis and C-IED targeting at the Battalion (BN) and Brigade (BDE) staff levels through Paladin/ Operations Enduring Freedom (OEF) experience. Utilize reach back intelligence support on IED network targeting, forensics, technical characteristics, and associated TTPs. Mentors and assists rotational units in the use and employment of all C-IED systems.
Analyze technical and forensic intelligence from IED equipment and events in order to highlight trends, identify IED cells, prosecute insurgents, and improve force protection.
Train, teach, coach C-IED Integration, Insurgent Network Analysis, terrorist TTPs and IED threats, and provide subject matter expertise on current C-IED and operational enablers used within projected COCOM area of responsibility.
Assist in product and scenario development to include providing critical SMEs in order to implement the current Insurgent Operations and Attack the Network methodologies.
Set conditions in the training scenario packages of non-CTC events, such as, but not limited to, Culminating Training Events, C-IED Academics, Leaders Training Programs, and Mission Readiness Exercises.
Produce Scenario Development Products (SDP) to provide framework for applicable simulation environment and training objectives.
Conduct After Action Review (AAR) Assessment AARs. Perform a thorough analysis and assessment of the after action review report products, while capturing data, trends, applicable metrics, and training needs. This assessment report shall be provided to the GSA COR and TPOC and referenced during scenario and script development.
Coordinate and communicate efficiently and frequently with trainers and training exercise staff to provide training scenarios, scripts, and logistics support needed to properly execute training exercises for deployments.
Conducts over the shoulder training in the following systems : Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Biometrics (HIIDE and SEEK II), Standoff Detection-Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAS), One-Site Remote Terminal (OSRVT), Entry Point Control (ECP) and Counter Radio Electronic Warfare (CREW).
Experienced EOD specialist or C-IED Equipment trainer with at least 4 years experience
Proficient in the use and employment of at least two and familiar with all CI2C CIED systems(Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (SUAV) Biometrics (HIIDE and SEEK II),) One-Site Remote Terminal (OSRVT), Entry Point Control (ECP) and Counter Radio Electronic Warfare (CREW).
Minimum four years of EOD experience or experience training C-IED systems.
Experience with JIEDDO, JIEDDO training initiatives, and academics at the university level involved with IED research
Experience with National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Analysis and C-IED targeting at the Battalion (BN) and Brigade (BDE) staff levels through Paladin/ Operations Enduring Freedom (OEF).
Recent (within last 4 years) experience in deployed units.
Experience with adult learning methodologies. Essential in providing coaching mentoring at the graduate level
Experience with research projects such as Border Hunter. This training is considered a Building Tactical Acuity for C-IED Course and the contractor must have the knowledge, skills, and ability to create a course that is specific to the needs of the EOD community.
Experience with BTAC instruction to EOD units
Experience with National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Analysis and C-IED targeting at the Battalion (BN) and Brigade (BDE) staff levels through Paladin/ Operations Enduring Freedom (OEF).
