Support Services Electronics Technician Level 2, MSC-JRTC

Provide support for JRTC's distinct automations hardware and software to accomplish its training mission.
Provide assistance and sustainment training for government and contractor personnel pertaining to use of JRTC hardware and software. Receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher level technician, and work is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices. May provide technical guidance to lower level technicians.
Required Education: High School Diploma. Must possess the following certifications: CompTIA A
and CompTIA Security+.
Required
Experience: Possess extensive knowledge in standard commercial ADP practices. Able to perform diagnostic and minor maintenance tasks on state-of-the-art computer COTS hardware equipment.
Desired
Experience: 3 years experience in technical diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.
Desired Education: Associate Degree.
Must be able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Will be subject to pre-employment drug screening.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
