General Surgeon
ASAP is currently hiring a General Surgeon for one of our clients that is located in Louisiana.
Job Description:
This will be working with a Federal Contractor to the U.S. Military. They are actively looking to hire immediately for a General Surgeon to provide medical services at Fort Polk in Louisiana. The General Surgeon will provide medical care to our military service members, their families and veterans.
Requirements for this position:
Possess a Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited university or ECFMG certification as well as an accredited Residency program
Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
Have a minimum of one year of experience within the last three years routinely practicing as a Physician rendered General Surgery care
Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice in one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
BLS, ACLS and ATLS Certification
